Whistle! is BC’s first licensed ride sharing company, ahead of Uber and Lyft. Whistle! is a Tofino taxi, and Whistler taxi style ride using locals in their certified car to get you around Tofino and Whistler.

Whistle! is proud to be the first rideshare company to be awarded a license to operate in British Columbia. At this time, we do not operate a rideshare service in Ucluelet. However, Whistle! does offer transportation to Tofino and to the airport if you pre-book your ride with us. Need a ride? Just Whistle!

Ucluelet

Ucluelet is located at the western edge of Barkley Sound, 288 km northwest of the British Columbia provincial capital, Victoria, on the outer west coast of Vancouver Island. The meaning of Ucluelet is “people of the safe harbour" in the Indigenous Nuu-chah-nulth language. This quaint town is located 40 minutes from Tofino and is surrounded by the 150,000 acres Pacific Rim National Park Reserve.  Ucluelet is a year-round travel destination.
